LAHORE - Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Akhtar on Saturday, giving benefit of doubt, released four accused of a lady doctor murder case, registered at South Cantt police station. According to details, four persons namely Nadeem, Shaukat, Yasmeen and Amir were booked and arrested by the police for allegedly murdering a lady doctor namely Amama. The petitioner Arshad alleged that on July 5, 2006, he and his wife received the news of his mother-in-laws death after which they reached at her residence at 18-Larex Avenue, Bridge Colony and found Amama dead. On Saturday, the Additional District and Sessions Judge released the four accused on the basis of doubt. Shaukat Masih and Amir Masih were already in jail and Nadeem and Yasmin were on bails as they all have been released by the court.
