LAHORE Parliamentary Secretary Health Punjab Dr Saeed Elahi has said that recycling of used papers could reduce pollution and generate new income sources for the poor and low income women. He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony at Allama Iqbal Medical College in which certificates among the ladies who completed training successfully were awarded. Chief Executive SMEDA Anwar Ahmad Khan and Professor Javed Akram, Principal Allama Iqbal Medical College /Jinnah Hospital Lahore and Dr Shehla Akram also attended the function. Chairperson Women Chamber of Commerce PakistanDrShehla Akram,with the help of Allama Iqbal MedicalCollege / Jinnah Hospital Lahore organizeda training program for the ladies of different organizations like SAHARA foundation SEMEDA.This Training Programcontinuedfor one week. In this program house wives of lower grade employees got the training for recycling of used paper.
