LAHORE (PR) – Chinese Master Chef  Yang Er Bing has joined Avari, Lahore as the Chef of Dynasty Restaurant. He has over 10 years of experience in five star hotels, his specialty being Szechuan, Cantonese and Jiang Su cuisine. He has worked as Executive Sous chef at Zhen Jiang Best Western Int’l hotel. He has mastered in art of fruit and vegetable carving and has also won a gold medal at a competition.
