ISLAMABAD - President Mamnoon Hussain Thursday approved appointment of Justice Fida Muhammad Khan as Acting Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court (FSC). According to a press release, the president approved the advice of the PM  appointing Justice Dr Fida M Khan, senior most judge of the FSC as acting CJ; and authorized Justice Sh Najam-ul-Hasan, Judge-II, the next senior judge of FSC.
