Pakistan's Naseem Akhtar has made the Pakistani people proud by becoming the fastest woman of the SAARC region by winning a gold medal in the 100-metre sprint at the South Asian Games in Dhaka. Even with out basic facilities and incentives, Naseem Akhtar has done a great job.
