FAISALABAD – A fire broke out in the warehouse of Rafique Processing Textile Industries (Pvt) Ltd here at Bismillah Chowk, Mansoorabad the other day.
However, no loss of life has been reported but export consignments of cloth worth Rs75 million burnt to ashes. Fire brigade and Rescue 1122 sources told the media that 12 vehicles rushed to Grey Cloth Gowdown and controlled the blaze moving towards the nearby buildings after a hectic struggle of 6 hours. The police have started investigation, while some witnesses claimed that fire was broke out due to a short circuit of electricity.
