ISLAMABAD- The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) approved nine projects of socio-economic uplift costing Rs 324.506 billion.

The meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) was headed by Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.

In its meeting, ECNEC considered nine projects for different sectors comprising agriculture, education and training, health and nutrition, energy and water.
ECNEC approved “Sindh Agricultural Growth Project” at a total cost of Rs 8, 867,463 million. This project is closely linked with sectoral issues and would improve the productivity of agriculture, horticulture and livestock sector in Sindh Province.
