ISLAMABAD- The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) approved nine projects of socio-economic uplift costing Rs 324.506 billion.

The meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) was headed by Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar .

In its meeting, ECNEC considered nine projects for different sectors comprising agriculture, education and training, health and nutrition, energy and water.

ECNEC approved “Sindh Agricultural Growth Project” at a total cost of Rs 8, 867,463 million. This project is closely linked with sectoral issues and would improve the productivity of agriculture, horticulture and livestock sector in Sindh Province.
