ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar today has vowed to also win psychological war against terrorism. He issued directives to the security personnel including Rangers and police to enhance patrolling in Islamabad from next month.

According to details, a key session regarding security situation was held in Islamabad during which media men, educationalists and traders participated and vowed to ensure foolproof security in the metropolis.

Talking at the meeting, Ch Nisar Khan stated that the government has won ground battle against terrorists however, a psychological war is also needed to be won.

As many as 350 officers are working as Quick Response Force in Islamabad, he added.

He further directed to enhance patrolling of Rangers and police with 150 more cars from next month. He said a digital chip will be installed in the cars registered in Islamabad to avoid further spreading of terrorism.
