MISSISSIPPI: Leann Rimes is trying to lose weight again. The singer is desperate to hang on to her husband Eddie Cibrian, so is apparently doing whatever she can to get skinny. Another driving force, a source says, is LeAnn’s obsession with Eddie’s supersvelte ex-wife, Brandi Glanville. ‘She told me, ‘I have to look skinny for Eddie,’’ said a friend. ‘Eddie loves thin women and would never have a fat woman in his life.’ ‘Brandi is very thin naturally, so now LeAnn is focused on being thin again too.’She got really skinny taking ADD medication and laxatives, then got off them to get pregnant.–SH
