Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed the petition against the nomination papers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Candidate Aleem Khan from NA-129.
Court allowed PTI’s candidate to contest in election.
As per media reports, the case regarding nomination papers of Aleem Khan came up for hearing before LHC on Thursday.
Two members bench of High Court dismissed the plea for not resorting to court timely and gave permission to Aleem Khan to contest the upcoming election.
