LAHORE - Nadra on Wednesday announced to provide its VERISYS system to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry to facilitate its members. The announcement was made by the Director General NADRA Brigadier Muhammad Javaid Iqbal Khan during a visit to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. LCCI President Engineer Sohail Lashari threw light on the need for having a NADRA Desk at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Senior Vice Mian Tariq Misbah and the Vice President Kashif Anwar also spoke on the occasion. The Director General also promised to provide NADRA mobile facility to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry for its members.

The Director General said that the NADRA is one of the leading System Integrators in the global identification sector and boasts extensive experience in designing, implementing and operating solutions for corporate and public sector clients. NADRA offers its clients a portfolio of customizable solutions for identification, e-governance and secure documents. NADRA has successfully implemented the Multi-Biometric National Identity Card & Multi-Biometric e-Passport solutions for Pakistan, Passport Issuing System for Kenya, Bangladesh High Security Driver’s License, and Civil Registration Management System for Sudan amongst other projects.

Speaking on the occasion, the LCCI President Engineer Sohail Lashari said that LCCI being the fostering body of business and trade in the country has always played a vital role in facilitating the business community and taking all such measures which will reduce the bottlenecks for smooth sail of trade and commerce.
