SARGODHA - The Additional District and Sessions court granted interim bail to former provincial minister in his housemaid rape case and summoned the investigation officer of the case along with relevant record on March 14. According to details, the Jhal Chakkian Police had declared former provincial minister Mehr Ghulam Dastqir Khan Lak as innocent in the alleged rape case of his housemaid namely Iram Bibi. However, the court did not agree with the police decision and summoned the investigation officer along with relevant record on March 14.
