Islamabad police have arrested nine outlaws and five suspects during high vigilance in the city, besides recovering 1.25 kilograms hashish, 58 wine bottles and weapons from their possession, a police spokesman said on Wednesday.
Different police teams conducted search in the area of Dorray near EME College, Faisal Colony, Margalla Town and under-construction buildings as well as plazas there. They succeeded to nab 5 suspects who are being investigated further.
Meanwhile, police teams of Secretariat, Margalla, Tarnol, Sabzi Mandi and Koral police stations arrested nine accused including Muddassar, Hassan, Sami Shaikh, Sohail Khan, Faisal, Saqib Basheer, Ifnan Anwer, Akbar and Gulfam. The total recovery made from these outlaws included 1.75 kilograms hashish, 200 grams heroine, 58 wine bottles, two 30-bore pistols and one 12-bore gun along with ammunition.
