ISLAMABAD - Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) has refused to give further extension two additional judges of Sindh High Court.

A meeting of the commission was held here on Monday under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Nasir ul Mulk to consider confirmation/ extension of four additional judges of the Sindh High Court.

The commission dropped the names of two additional judges of SHC namely Justice Amir Raza Naqvi and Justice Shahab Sarki for giving them further extension. The JCP, however, recommended the confirmation of SHC judge, Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kolhoro, and proposed one-year extension in the service of Justice Syed Saeeduddin Nasir.

These judges were appointed as additional judges for one year last year.
