Rawalpindi- At least 16 flour mills of Rawalpindi has been found  sub-standard and unhygienic as per laboratory test report.
District food controller Rawalpindi had collected  samples of 28 flour mills of district Rawalpindi on October, 9, 2014 and sent to laboratory for test. Samples of only 12 flour mills were passed while the remaining were found dangerous for health. The level of moisture was very high in the flour of these mills and this factor contributes to minting of money by flour mills owners.
