Norway based Pakistani cricketer won “Best Player of the Year 2018” award

A Pakistani cricketer based in Norway won the prestigious “Best Player of the Year 2018” award in the country on Monday.

Syed Tajamal Hussain Shah received this honour due to his extraordinary performance in Cricket League Norway held from May to September this year.

The award was presented to the Norwegian Pakistani player by Secretary General of Norwegian Cricket Federation Ms Gry Bruaas.

According to Norwegian Cricket Federation, Tajamal took five wickets in one over including a hat-trick in a T-20 match during Norway’s cricket league. He bowled four overs for 21 runs and took seven wickets and in a 45th over match of the tournament, he bowled 54 deliveries with 47 dot balls.
