LAHORE: Movie buffs do not have to lose their hearts as Pakistani film industry has bounced back with a package full of entertainment. The package includes promising flicks like Actor in Law, Janaan and Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay that are all set to hit the cinemas on Eidul Azha.

Two Urdu films Actor-in-Law and Jaanan, one Punjabi film Laal Badshah, while three Pushto films Badmashi Ba Manay, Ghulam and Badmashi Na Manam.

Female lead of Actor in Law Mehwish Hayat in promotional tour of various cites including Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan and Karachi confidently told the media that the film would surely touch the hearts of audiences. Indian veteran Actor Om Puri who was on a promotional tour in Pakistan was of the view the cross border talent collaboration could nourish some of the finest films. He was all praise for co-stars Mehwish Hayat and Fahad Mustafa.

Actor-In-Law has been directed by Nabeel Qureshi, co-written and produced by Fizza Ali Meerza and scheduled to release by Urdu 1 Pictures. Nabeel Qureshi had previously gained fame after he directed block buster Na Maloom Afraad.

Fahad Mustafa plays the role of a lawyer who aspires to become an actor against the wishes of his father. A dramatic change transformed his life when he took up an important case.

Another film, Janaan a romantic comedy film directed by Azfar Jafri, written by Osman Khalid Butt, and co-produced by Hareem Farooq, Reham Khan, Munir Hussain and Imran Raza Kazmi under production banners of IRK Films and Munir Hussain Films – UK. The film stars Armeena Khan, Bilal Ashraf, and Ali Rehman Khan in lead cast. The film will be released in Pakistan by ARY Films today on eve of Eidul-Azha. Reham Khan has pro actively associated with the marketing of the film and termed the film Janaan contribution recognizing the culture of Pakistan. Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay (ZKHH) is romantic–drama film directed by Anjum Shahzad and has been produced by Rafiq Ahmed Chaudary and Fahmeeda Abdull Khaliq. The script has been written by Abdull Khaaliq Khan. The film's cast includes Pakistani Television stars Sajal Ali and Feroze Khan in lead roles. Geo Films is the distributor of the film.

Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay narrates story of young couple struggling to counter the odds of life as they married early in age. Both have different goals in life which disturbs their marital relationship.
