12-year-old boy injured in Indian firing along border

SIALKOT : A 12-year-old boy was injured when Indian Border Security Force opened firing in Pakistani sector along Working Boundary in Sialkot. The Indians opened firing in Nakyal sector, provoking tension in the area. Pakistani forces effectively retaliated and silenced the Indian guns. Defence Minister Khawaja Asif recently accused India of pursuing a low-intensity war with unprovoked firing on the international borders. Scores of villagers have fled their homes due to firing along border by Indian forces on the Pakistan side.
