KARACHI - Total liquid foreign reserves of the country have declined to $17.63908 billion, said State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) here. A SBP weekly statement issued on Thursday said that the foreign reserves held by the SBP amounted to $11,438.3 million and the net foreign reserves held by commercial banks were $6,201.5 million.
