A US national was kidnapped by unknown persons from model town area of Lahore before dawn on Saturday. According to police, some two dozens armed men who came in two vehicles barged into the house of a US Citizen, Jason Warner age 65, located in Model Town area of Lahore at about 3:30 am. The armed men assaulted the guards severely and escaped after kidnapping the US citizen. Its worth mentioning that Jason has been living in Lahore and operating business for the last seven years. The higher law enforcement authorities including DIG Police and CCPO Lahore with huge contingent of police reached the site on receipt of information of the incident and launched search for culprits after placing strict cordon off but the kidnappers managed to flee safely.
