Conference on Pak-China partnership today

SARGODHA - The Department of International Relations and Political Science, University of Sargodha will organise a daylong International Conference titled Pakistan-China Strategic Partnership: Prospects and Challenges in 21 century, on Tuesday (today). Dr Ye Hailin, Chief of Editorial Department of South Asian studies, Institute of Asia and Pacific studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China, Dr Liu Shuxiong, Prof of Urdu Language and literature, Dr. Wang Xu, Department of South Asian Studies, studies National Defence University Islamabad will be the keynote speakers on the occasion. Dr Pervaiz Iqbal Cheema, Dean Faculty of Contemporary studies, National Defence University Islamabad and Dr Hassan Askari Rizvi, Prof Emeritus of Political Science, University of Punjab Lahore would also address the conference. University of Sargodha Vice Chancellor Dr M Akram Chaudhry will chair the 1st Session of the conference. The second and third session would be presided over by Dr Maqbool Hussain Sial, Dean Faculty of Management & Administrative Sciences and Dr Pervaiz Iqbal Cheema. This conference is being organised by Dr Rashid Ahmad Khan, Chairman Department of International and Political Science and Dean Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, UoS.
