PESHAWAR: The police and other law enforcement agencies (LEAs) personnel arrested 38 suspects, including Afghan nationals besides recovering arms, during search operations today.

The police along with other LEAs personnel conducted joint search operations in Nasir Bagh and surrounding areas of Peshawar. Ladies police also participated in the operation, during which more than two 200 houses were searched.

At least 38 suspects, including eight illegal Afghan nationals were apprehended with arms and shifted to Central Jail for further interrogation.
