Two female candidates for nursing post on Saturday climbed up atop a water tank in protest against the postponement of interview for the job.

The novel protest incident took place in the Faisalabad IDO office where the women candidates had come for interview for nursing posts.

The protesters - Shahnaz and Arifa, belonging to Pakpattan and Arifwala respectively, went up atop the water tank to vent off their disappointment following the postponement of the interviews.

They, reportedly, were furious at “what they called injustice,” saying that they had come for interview to get the job.

On getting the information, the hospital administration rescued the women and dispersed them by assuring that their interviews would be conducted soon.
