Rawalpindi - Provincial Minister for Labour and Manpower, Raja Ishfaq Sarwar has said that sacrifices of martyrs of Army Public School Peshawar will not be wasted at any cost.

He stated this at a ceremony of special children organised by Rawalpindi Arts Council in connection with Shuhada-e-Army Public School Peshawar Week here yesterday.

He said that purpose of this ceremony is to deliver the message to heirs of martyrs of APS that Pakistani nation is with them. He paying tribute to Principal Tahira Qazi said that during attack, she came out successfully from school but went back as saying “my children are in school are embracing martyrdom.”

Special children presented tableaus to pay tribute to APS martyrs. The children also presented folk songs, poems, speeches, folk dances and national songs. The event was organized in collaboration with Special Education Department, Government of Punjab.

The provincial minister distributed honorary shields to participating institutions.
