QUETTA - Three security personnel were killed when a container carrying supplies for NATO forces in Afghanistan fell on a pick up while a blast also damaged a NATO oil tanker in Chaman on Friday. According to reports reaching here, a container carrying supplies for NATO forces was heading to Kandahar fell on a pick up of security forces at Chaman Grid Road. Resultantly, three people sitting in the pick up trapped under container and succumbed to their injuries. Soon after the incident, FC personnel reached the site and cordoned off the area. All the three dead bodies of security personnel were retrieved and shifted to their native areas. Sources said the incident occurred due to dilapidated condition of Quetta-Chaman Highway. Meanwhile, an explosive device planted with oil tanker carrying fuel for NATO forces in Afghanistan was exploded with a big bang causing damage to the tanker and destroying thousands of liters oil. Police reached the site after incident and started further investigation.
