ISLAMABAD (APP) The National Accountability Bureau here Friday apprised the Supreme Court that two sons of Seth Yaqub, an accused in Rs9 billions loan scam of Haris Steel Mills, have been released. The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry adjourned hearing till February 15. Dr Abdul Basit, counsel for Seth Yaqub, apprised the bench that his client had returned Rs54 million out of total 1.5 billion as pre-bargain after which his two sons Saleem and Wasim had been released overnight. The bench had already been informed that Rs7.5 billion had been retrieved from the accused whereas Hamesh Khan, former president Bank of Punjab had already been arrested.
