Yusaf Haroon, a prominent Muslim league leader who was a close confidant of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, passed away in New York on Saturday after protracted illness. He was 95. The end came at New York Hospital where he was admitted for the past few months. His wife, Pasha Haroon, was at his side. They had no children. According to family sources, arrangements were being made to take his body to Karachi, his hometown, for burial.
