LAHORE - Ufone outplayed Nestle by 93 runs to clinch the first-ever Raaziq Cooperate Premier League Twenty20 Cricket trophy here at the Railway Stadium on Saturday. Ufone won the toss and opted to bat first. They posted a huge total of 187 for the loss of seven wickets. M Bilal played superb innings with 37 runs while Khuram Zaman made 32, Mohsin Afridi 28 and Adeel Malik 24 runs. Hamid Hayyat took two wickets for 36. Nestle, in reply, could mange to score 94 runs losing nine of their wickets in 20 overs. Javed Iqbal was the only key scorer to Nestle with 24 runs. Adeel Malik grabbed four wickets for 20 runs. At the concluding ceremony, chief guests international cricketer Nasir Jamshed and Vice President Raaziq Group Mian Tariq Mahmood gave away prizes to the winners and runners-up team. The man of the match of the final was Adeel Malik while player of the tournament and the best batsman was Farhan Yousaf of Nestle.
