LAHORE –Jamat-e-Islami Ameer Munawar Hasan is hosting a reception in honour of nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan at Mansoora on Wednesday (today).
Prominent citizens including lawyers, engineers, businessmen and journalists have been invited at the reception. Thousands of JI workers from all over the country will attend the event.
On arrival at Mansoora, the nuclear scientist will be accorded a hero’s welcome.
JI Information Secretary Muhammad Anwar Niazi said that that the party of hosting reception to recognize the services of Dr A Q Khan for the country. He said that the national hero deserved respect for his matchless services for the nuclear programme of Pakistan.
