KARACHI - Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) has inaugurated a revamped One Stop Shop (OSS) in Hyderabad. The company is redesigning its One Stop Shops all across the country as part of its ‘Customer First’ initiative.
The One Stop Shop was inaugurated by Kamran Malik, PTCL Executive Vice President (EVP), Customer Care. Abdul Rahim Sheikh, PTCL Regional General Manager, Hyderabad and Naeem Siddiqui, PTCL General Manager, Customer Care and other senior officials of the company were also present at the occasion.
Kamran Malik, PTCL Executive Vice President (EVP), Customer Care commented at the inauguration, “PTCL remains firmly committed to provide latest ICT services to meet the increasing needs of our customers. We are continuously raising the bar of our service proposition through our widely spread customer care centers which provide quality support and services to our large customer base”.
PTCL One Stop Shops are strategically placed nationwide, which serve as the first line of contact and also facilitate the customers by offering one-window operations including billing adjustments and payments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills and many other telecom services all under one roof.
