KARACHI – The Bank of Khyber (BOK) is committed to increase the quality of its services to the customers by providing them centralized point of contact across the country; this was stated by Bilal Mustafa Managing Director of BOK, while formally inaugurating BOK’s dedicated Call Centre in Karachi, says a press release.

Nadeem Elahi Country Head & Managing Director TRG Pakistan, Ayub Hamid Group Head HRD BOK, Asif Masood, Head Operations Financial Institutions, TRG, Babar Pervez Business Manager TRG Pakistan, Masood Wahindna Head Investment BOK, Syed Ali Nawaz Gilani Head Marketing and Tariq Khan Divisional Head Financial Institutions BOK apart from senior executives of both BOK & TRG Pakistan were also present on the occasion.

 Bilal Mustafa said that BOK now with increased net work of branches through out the country with Islamic and conventional mode of financing required to their customers through latest technology which should be secured in use and efficient in response.

He said with the establishment of this Call Centre the better conductivity of BOK Customers with Bank will create new avenues of cooperation and will alternatively increased the business, as through Call Centre the customers will be in position to obtained their Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Consumer loans and schedule of Charges for Banking products and services with one call.
