PESHAWAR - Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani in light of the departmental enquiry report has dismissed OSI/FRP from service with immediate effect.

As per details, a few days ago, one Reserve Inspector (RI) and two sub-inspectors of FRP were dismissed from the service while Deputy Commandant FRP was charge sheeted and report sent to the provincial government for further action against him in illegal recruitment of 378 candidates in the light of departmental inquiry report. While the inquiry against ex-OSI FRP ASI Muhammad Ibrar was in process.

The departmental inquiry completed the process on Monday and submitted its report to IGP. Besides recruitment of 378 candidates in the FRP recruitment 2013, the allegations of recruitment of 169 candidates through un-notified committee and his involvement in the process of transfer of 37 constables to FRP Kohat for allotment of constabulary numbers for his ulterior motive also proved against him in the report.

The IGP in light of departmental inquiry report has dismissed the then the OSI FRP Muhammad Ibrar from service and issued notification in this connection which will come into force with immediate effect.
