LAHORE - College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) President Prof Zafar Ullah Chaudhry has said that fellows and trainees will be sent to Royal College of Physicians UK for training for a specific period.
Addressing a press conference at CPSP Regional Centre Lahore yesterday, he said that the College has recently signed a MoU with the prestigious institution in the UK for imparting training to Pakistani doctors.
CPSP has achieved Socrates Award 2015 for exemplary services in the field of medical education. The award was given to the CPSP President at a ceremony held in Oxford. Prof Zaffar Ullah Chaudhry attributed the distinction of the institution to tireless efforts of CPSP fellows.
Senior Vice President CPSP Prof Khalid Masood Gondal briefed the media about the achievements of the institution in the field of higher medical education.
