Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court has banned the judges of the court to take suo moto notice without permission. Chief Justice Ejaz Fazal in directives to all judges of Peshawar High Court said the learned judges should take permission from the Chief Justice before suo moto action over any incident, reports said.
