Classy Kallis serious threat for Windies

Jacques Kallis is a class player in Test and ODI cricket but has always been looked as a misfit in Twenty20 cricket. But all that has changed at this Twenty20 World Cup in England. He wasnt selected for the inaugural Twenty20 World Cup but this time round he is proving his critics wrong with his fine all round performance. Kallis was the man of the match against England on Thursday for his 2-20 and 57*. West Indies will be taking him as a serious threat for todays game. Kallis lends stability to the South African side with his all round skills. He has scored 129 runs at 64.50 and a strike rate of 125.24 plus he has been ever reliant with ball. As the tournament goes into the business end and South Africa having a good chance of going all the way they would definitely look at Kallis for some more fine all round performances and in todays match as well where a win can take them into the semi finals. Abdul Razzaq return to stabilise Pakistan All-rounder Abdul Razzaq is available again to Pakistan following an amnesty for former Indian Cricket League players. He is a good name in world cricket and in Twenty20 he is a fantastic all-rounder, said Younis Khan about Abdul Razzaq. Surely he is an ideal Twenty20 player and will give Pakistan team a lift for this game against New Zealand. The good thing for Pakistan is that Abdul Razzaq is coming into the tournament with good form on his back. He gave sterling performance for Lahore Lions in the recent RBS Twenty20 Cup both with the bat and ball. He knows the English conditions well and has quite a bit Twenty20 experience. Pakistan will be looking to utilize Razzaqs batting abilities at the top of the order where they have had problem plus he can be of real value with the ball as well. If he plays to potential in todays game he can give Pakistan a fair chance of winning and making their qualification for semi-final that much easier.
