LAHORE: A seven-year-old boy was crushed to death by a rashly driven car in Lahore’s Model Town yesterday.

Police identified the victim as Mohsin Ali. The body was handed over to the family.  According to police investigators, Mohsin was playing in the street in (K-Block) Model Town when a recklessly-driven car, Suzuki Mehran, ran over him. As a result, the boy died on the spot.  The police reached the spot soon after the accident, arrested the driver and impounded the car. Further investigations were underway.–Staff Reporter
