PML-N has quitted itself from the Federal Cabinet which has led to a conflict between the Centre and Punjab government over the distribution of powers, reported a private TV channel quoting its sources Monday. The government has excluded Punjab Chief Secretary's name from Central Selection Board and added Salman Siddique's name in the Board. Salman has been working as Secretary in the Ministry for Kashmir Affairs. As a protest in return, Punjab government has withdrawn the name of IG Punjab who was second member of the Board. It is reportedly said that CM Punjab would talk to Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and convey reservations over the move.   The name of Blochistan's Chief Secretary has also been removed form the Selection Board list.
