Libya's state television said on Friday at least 16 people were killed in a NATO air strike at the eastern city of Brega, which is still reportedly controlled by forces loyal to embattled Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. The television said the air raid targeted a guest house in the city, but no comments were made by the NATO to confirm the raid.
