KARACHI- Muhajir Qaumi Movement-Haqiqi chief Afaq Ahmad said on Saturday if Altaf Hussain would come to Pakistan to lead his party, he would receive him at airport.

Speaking to foreign media, the MQM-H chief, while commenting on killings of political workers in Karachi, said it was the war between big parties to grab the city in which they made the entire Karachi hostage. “ If Altaf considers himself a hostage, if he has feeling that the nation is facing loss and if he wants to drag the country out of this quagmire,  then he should show courage and return to Pakistan,” he added.

Responding to a question, he bluntly refused any possibility of the merger of his party with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement. He said he had some idea that why former secretary general of MQM Dr Imran Farooq was murdered.
