Hamza likely to be next PCB chief

ISLAMABAD - Sporting map of Pakistan is changing fast as Nawaz Sharif voted to power and the most likely change can be witnessed in Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The inside sources have confirmed to this scribe that being a sportsman himself, there is every possibility Nawaz will take keen interest in the PCB affairs therefore Hamza Shahbaz Shrif is the most suitable and likely candidate for the hot seat of the PCB chairmanship.
The sources said Lahore Region president Khawaja Nadeem Ahmad, who is very close to Hamza, had in past too suggested Hamza to take over as the PCB head and his credentials further boosted with the successful holding of Youth Festival recently concluded in Punjab, in which number of international athletes participated and Hamza was the chairman of Sports Board Punjab.
Although at that time, Hamza didn't show much interest, but things may change now as the PCB has announced ad-hoc on Lahore Region and Nadeem has not given up on this idea and with the landslide victory of PML-N, things move drastically in Nadeem's favour and he may now get success in perusing Hamza for this lucrative seat.
