KARACHI : Two ships arrived at the Port to load/ offload containers at QICT, diesel oil at FOTCO on May 11, 2013. Berth occupancy was maintained at 50% at the Port on Saturday where a total of seven ships namely M.V KPS-I Alican BEY-Powership, M.V Dong Hai Jun (Dredger), M.V Diana Bolten, M.V Nordic Tianjin, M.T AL-Salam-II, M.V MSC Didem, M.V Bella-L are currently occupying berths to load/ offload containers, diesel oil, project cargo. Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 57692 tonnes comprising 52692 tonnes import 5000 tonnes export 1700 (TUEs) was handled at the Port.


M,V Diana Bolten sailed on Saturday afternoon. M.V Liberty Grace at FAP, M.T Feng Hai II at EVTL. M.V Maersk Denver at QICT, arrived on May 12, 2013 as per arrival schedule, port sources further said.
