Everyone owing a mobile phone is sick and fed up of the pesky calls and SMSs one is confronted with all day, and every day, 365 days of the year. Every day calls and SMS from mobile network companies about their new services has become the cause of misery in everyone’s hectic routine. This practice of mobile network companies is not only the violation of PTA guidelines but also a major trouble for those that use their network. There is definitely no doubt that publicity of any new service is their due right but they should not try to make it a trouble for their users. The PTA officials should take it seriously and should take some action to reduce this suffering of the mobile users.
