LAHORE - Manager club development and Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) media Shahid Khokhar has said that the PFF has been transforming the present semi-commercial Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) into a fully commercial league through extensive marketing strategies, development of PPFL Dlubs and better planning. Speaking at the press conference held here Tuesday, Shahid said: "Development of the PPFL clubs is the other merit of the 'Kick Off Programme' for which the PFF is going all out to assist the teams participating in the PPFL." He said that the 12th edition of the PPFL would be commencing from August 2015. "Providing the solution to many problems in the way of league's development, AFC under the guidelines of FIFA has designed and launched a comprehensive project named as AFC 'Kick Off Programme'. PFF manager marketing & integrity Fahad Ayaz said the PFF was much pleased to announce kit sponsorships for the PPFL teams and itself. "This is a memorable moment in history of Pakistan's football for which we are grateful to our sponsors Tahir Nadeem of Ballon Group Sialkot and Bilal Afzal of Shezan Regale." Tahir of Ballon Group said: "We have come forward to support Pakistan football after observing positive developments in the game. We have decided to stand with the PFF to extend our support to Pakistan football." Bilal of Shezan also vowed his support for the PPFL.
