Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek Insaf Vice President Shah Mahmood Quereshi said that the terrorism incident in Karachi was a failure of the Sindh government

While speaking to sources today Qureshi condemned the terrorist attack in strong words, while demanding Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah to quit immediately, as Sindh government is responsible for the attack. The PTI leader urged for the best possible health facilities to the injured people. “Rangers have done a good job in the past but ruling elite is the biggest hurdle in their way,” he added.

He said corruption has been the priority of the Sindh government and federal government is busy in developing metro bus. Both of the governments have not given attention towards the issues of public. Qureshi said that due to the callous attitude of centre, innocent people are being murdered in the country.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi appealed that a well reputed Chief Minister should be brought in Sindh, who could give attention towards the prosperity and development of Karachi city. He further said that whenever the Karachi operation gains momentum, the reaction of the political parities starts to appear on arena. Once the political intervention appears in law and order situation, law enforcing agencies hands are tied due to which terrorism activities in Karachi start to increase.

PTI Vice president said the suspension of DSP cannot bring change in the Karachi situation, as the Karachi police is completely occupied by politics groups. Whenever, rangers arrest any terrorist, political influence shows up.
