Sheikhupura - Advisor to Punjab Chief Minister Manshaullah Butt reviewed the security plan devised for majalis and processions during Ashura-e-Muharram particularly on for Youm-e-Ashur here the other day.

During a briefing, the DCO and DPO informed the advisor that security arrangements had been improved as compare of the past and all out efforts would be made to maintain law and order across the district. On the occasion, the advisor directed that watchful eyes be kept on miscreants and nobody should be allowed to deliver provocative speeches. The DCO informed the advisor that the entry of 36 Ulema had already been banned during Muharram in the district.  Manshaullah said that security institution should be maintained through a close coordination among different stakeholders to dealing with any untoward incident.
