LAHORE - A 22-year-old man ended his life by shooting himself in the temple in the Chuhng police vicinity. Police on Tuesday identified the man as Muhammad Wakeel, a resident of Chunian. Police said that the deceased was working at a petrol pump. Further investigation is underway.
Separately, a 40-year-old man was killed while his wife wounded seriously when a truck smashed into their motorcycle in the Sundar police limits.  Resident of Rangin Pura, Abdul Qadir riding on a motorcycle along with his wife was on his way home when a truck bumped into their two-wheeler at Multan Road. The man received serious head injuries and died on the spot while wife was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.
The police are investigating.
