ISLAMABAD A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Wednesday directed chief secretaries of all the provinces and commissioner Islamabad to submit a comprehensive report regarding inheritance rights of eunuchs as they are also part of Pakistani society. The court observed that eunuchs could not be deprived of their inheritance rights. Advocate Aslam Khaki represented eunuchs. Director National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) informed the court that it has allocated two seats for eunuchs.
