How many parents in our country can afford to send their children to private schools that provide quality education? The preference of private school over government schools is a deep rooted idea, as our government schools have deteriorated to mere husks. Also, the substandard condition of government schools has added to the poor not sending their children to school at all. Teacher absenteeism is another factor, and most are just ghost schools that only exist in files. Funds worth millions are constantly being allocated to run these good-for-nothing schools. Education is the key to success and to get educated is the right of every child. Since everybody can’t afford the fees of private schools, government schools should be taken care of and made fit for providing good education. The government should focus on this issue and there should be education for all.
