MULTAN  (Online): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan visited Multan on Sunday to offer condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the stampede after the party’s public meeting on Friday.

Accompanied by Shah Mehmood Qureshi and others, Khan visited Qasim Bela and met with the family of one of the victims Salimullah.  Imran was unable to attend the funeral for those who lost their lives in the stampede at at Qasim Bagh.

Earlier Imran Khan demanded a judicial investigation into the incident which claimed seven lives and left dozens injured. The PTI chief told journalists that his party would also carry out an internal investigation into the incident.  With another public meeting just around the corner, Imran told journalists, that he would decide who should be allowed on stage at the Sargodha public meeting scheduled for October 17.
