PTI demands DCO’s suspension

AHMEDPUR EAST
PTI tehsil leader Abdul Basit has demanded immediate suspension of the Multan district coordination officer for not, what he said, cooperating with his party during its public meeting in Multan.
He said the PML-N leadership seemed frustrated due to the rising popularity of PTI Chairman Imran Khan thus the Punjab government had not facilitated the PTI leadership, rather created hurdles. He alleged that due to the “culpable negligence” of the district administration, seven PTI activists had lost their lives while 42 others sustained injuries in the stampede.
He expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the sudden deaths of those workers, and said that the historic public meeting of Imran Khan in Multan indicated that in future, the PTI would sweep in the polls in South Punjab.
